云南省醫療投資管理集團有限公司前身為云南省醫療投資管理有限公司（以下簡稱“云投醫療集團”）是經云南省人民政府（云政復〔2010〕43號）批復同意，于2011年1月24日由云投集團出資設立的全資子公司。2019年2月19日正式組建為云南省醫療投資管理集團有限公司，組建醫療健康產業子集團。

Yunnan Provincial Medical Investment Management Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Yunnan Provincial Medical Investment Management Co., Ltd. （hereinafter referred to as “YMIG” ）, is a wholly-owned subsidiary established and financed by YIG on January 24, 2011 with the approval of the People's Government of Yunnan Province [ Yunnan Government Reply [2010] Number 43].On February 19th, 2019, Yunnan Medical Group was formally established as Yunnan Medical Investment Management Group Co., Ltd., a sub-group of the medical and health industry.

截至2022年4月，云投醫療集團注冊資本金25.7億元，總資產268億元，擁擁有醫院、健康管理中心等資源，業務領域主要涉及醫療、康養和供應鏈三大領域，初步形成了“醫康養”產業鏈條，是云南省唯一省級專業醫療投資公司。旗下擁有云南昆華醫院投資管理有限公司、云南云投康養投資有限責任公司、云南阜外心血管病醫院投資有限公司、云南云醫乾道科技有限公司、昆明煌程科技有限公司、云南昊邦醫學影像診斷中心有限公司等參控股企業12家。先后聯合投資建設了云南省第一人民醫院新昆華醫院、云阜國際醫院，參與完成多個云南教育衛生補短板縣級公立醫院項目，為擴展優質醫療資源，緩解老百姓看病難、就醫難問題，推動區域經濟社會發展做出了積極貢獻。

By January 2022, Yunnan Provincial Medical Investment Management Group had possessed total registered capital of 2.57 billion yuan and total assets of 26.8 billion yuan as well as owned hospitals and health management center. It was the only provincial professional medical investment company with the largest number of hospitals, large scale, rich resources and wide industrial chain layout in the whole province. Its subsidiaries included Yunnan Kunhua Hospital Investment Management Co., Ltd., Yunnan Yuntou Health Care Investment Co., Ltd., Yunnan Fuwai Cardiovascular Disease Hospital Investment Co., Ltd., Yunnan Yunyi Qiandao Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Kunming Huangcheng Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Yunnan Haobang Medical Imaging Diagnostic Center Co., Ltd and other holding enterprises. Moreover, it had jointly invested in the construction of the New Kunhua Hospital of the First People's Hospital of Yunnan Province and the Yunfu International Hospital and participated in the completion of several county-level public hospital weakness improvement projects of Yunnan education and health department, which had made positive contributions to the expansion of quality medical resources, the alleviation of the difficulty of getting medical treatment for the common people, and the promotion of regional economic and social development.

其中，云南新昆華醫院按照省委、省政府提出的“面向全省、面向西南、面向東南亞”和“設施一流、技術一流、管理一流、服務一流”的發展定位，依據“總體規劃、分步實施、滾動發展”的原則組織建設。一期1300床以“小綜合、大?？啤碧峁┚C合醫療服務，二期2000床未來將重點打造“九旅人生”健康生活目的地模型系統。云阜國際醫院項目是聯合中國醫學科學院北京阜外醫院共建的重點項目，醫院立足云南，面向西南，輻射南亞、東南亞，覆蓋基本、特需、高端醫療，實現醫療技術水平、服務質量、管理效率與醫科院阜外醫院同質化，為患者提供優質的醫療服務和就醫環境，努力打造為服務“一帶一路”的高水平心血管病國際醫院。云投康養項目二期，正積極推進有關工作，力爭打造為昆明頂級、全國一流、世界領先的具有活力晚年、生態宜居、田園生活、康復護理和頤養照護的全齡化康養社區。

Among them, Yunnan New Kunhua Hospital had been constructed according to the development position of "facing the whole province, southwest and southeast Asia" and "first-class facilities, technology, management and service" proposed by the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, and the principle of "overall planning, step-by-step implementation and rolling development". The 1,300 beds of first phase would provide comprehensive medical services with the mode of "small comprehensive departments and large specialized departments", while the 2,000 beds of second phase would focus on building the "Nine-travel Life" healthy life destination model system in the future. YunFu international hospital project was a key project that was jointly constructed by Beijing Fuwai hospital of Chinese academy of medical sciences, aiming to root in Yunnan, Southwest, and southeast Asia, cover the basic, special-demand and high-end medical, realize the homogeneity among medical technical level, service quality, management efficiency and Beijing Fuwai hospital of Chinese academy of medical sciences, provide medical services and medical environment with high quality for patients, and strive to build a high level cardiovascular disease international hospital under the Belt and Road Initiative. The second phase of Yuntou health and care project was actively promoting related work, and striving to build a full-age health and care community with active old age, ecological livability, pastoral life, rehabilitation and nursing care in Kunming, China and even the whole world.
